  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-returnable items include customized products and items marked as final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at maisondebucks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe return handling.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and order details. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges, at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
